Shipping policy

My parcels are shipped using Royal Mail. If you would like your parcel to be send using a tracked service, please get in touch as tracking can be added to any order, at an additional cost.

Standard delivery:

£1.50 within UK

£6.50 Internationally

Free postage on orders over £50

I always aim to post my parcels out within 1-3 days (please note made to order items will take up to 2 weeks to dispatch)

Approximate shipping times are:

UK: 2-7 days

Europe: 1-2 weeks

Rest of the World: 2-4 weeks

Please note during the pandemic, shipping times take be much longer.

Shipping times may vary due to holiday periods etc. Please get in touch if you have any questions about current shipping times.

I am not responsible for any tax or duties that might be incurred when shipping internationally.

All jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper and popped into a branded hessian bad for postage. If you would like items gift boxed, please select that as an option before purchasing.

Returns

If you care not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m sorry to hear that. Simply get in touch with me and we can arrange for you to return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and I will process a full refund, excluding original delivery charge.

Please note that I do not accept returns on items that have been personalised or custom made for you, as these items have been made specifically to your specification.

I also can not accept returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons.

The cost of returning the item to me is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
